Why Did I Receive a $0.00 Invoice?

Sometimes you may see an invoice with a $0.00 balance. While it can seem confusing, this is a normal part of our billing process.

Common Reasons for a $0.00 Invoice

1. Promotional Credit or Discount
   • Your subscription charges were offset by a promotional credit or discount, resulting in a net $0.00 balance.
2. Plan Adjustment or Prorate
   • If you upgraded, downgraded, or canceled during a billing cycle, credits and charges may offset each other, leaving no balance due.
3. Receipt for Accounting Records
   • We send a zero‑dollar invoice to provide an official record of your subscription activity, even if no payment is required.
