Sometimes you may see an invoice with a $0.00 balance. While it can seem confusing, this is a normal part of our billing process.
Common Reasons for a $0.00 Invoice

Promotional Credit or Discount
- Your subscription charges were offset by a promotional credit or discount, resulting in a net $0.00 balance.

Plan Adjustment or Prorate
- If you upgraded, downgraded, or canceled during a billing cycle, credits and charges may offset each other, leaving no balance due.

Receipt for Accounting Records
- We send a zero‑dollar invoice to provide an official record of your subscription activity, even if no payment is required.
Do I Need to Take Action?
- No payment is due on $0.00 invoices.
- You can keep them for your accounting records.
