2. Plan Adjustment or Prorate
   • If you upgraded, downgraded, or canceled during a billing cycle, credits and charges may offset each other, leaving no balance due.
3. Receipt for Accounting Records
   • We send a zero‑dollar invoice to provide an official record of your subscription activity, even if no payment is required.

Do I Need to Take Action?

• No payment is due on $0.00 invoices.
• You can keep them for your accounting records.
